Lance threads - Why are they here?

    Since MekHQ does not have the ability to sync up in real time, Lance Leaders will be responsible for repairs/skills/upkeep for the members of their lances. These threads are for lance members to make requests of the lance leaders (Hey, can you use my pilot to repairmy mech?) (I've got 12 XP, can you upgrade my character's Gunnery skill?) as well as a way for lance leaders to let members know how they are progressing. Once these changes are made then the Lance Leader can create a save file and upload to dropbox so that Magnus can integrate the new info into the main campaign file. Lance leaders will be responsible for passing this info along to the GM (Magnus).
