Laptop Upgrade

    Not exactly building, but you get the idea.

    Since my current one is old enough to go to kindergarten now, I've been looking into getting a new one. I'm leaning towards an ASUS G74SX - Specifications

    Any thoughts or suggestions?

    Buy from Atom Computers LLC!!! One of my best friends is the co-owner, and he's a computer whiz! Actually tried to get a new cooling system patented years ago...sadly never went through. :sad:

    Go with the ASUS G74SX its a good rig

    I have 2 G73JW's and just bought my dad a G74SX

    Just watch for the G74 prices to drop as the new G75VX's have arrived

    G75 should be around ~$1500+ USD
    G74 - ~$1000
    G73jw - ~$750

    great rigs, just have to dust the rear vents once a month
