    36 tanks:

    4 HQ support

    4 artillery

    4 "scouts"

    12 heavy tanks (2nd company)

    4 combat VTOLs

    4 combat/light transport VTOLs

    4 heavy transport VTOLS

    ---

    Do that math. There is possibly some wiggle room for your hunter-killer lance (that is what the Saracen is), but that will requiring some reworking of the organizational chart i have already made. Besides, the artillery + scout lance and combat VTOLs already fill the role you want for the Saracen. The Saracen is a zerg tank. It is not as good as it appears on paper. Against any opponent with veteran gunnery, it will die... easily.

    My sincere appologies... I was confusing the Saracen with the Scimitar... no wait.. not that... what is that AC20 hovertank again? Yes, you can have your hovertank (1st company, Gamma Lance). Check these designs I made:

    minor update:

    forgot to mention but we are up to 3.2 on the MekHQ patch (check dropbox). it fixes a few things but mostly adds all the refit models we have in the current campaign. all can be found in the data/mechfiles/submitted folder. everyone has until midnight tonight to submit documentation for refits and after that i will update the build to 3.3 . Barring any unforeseen bugs or whatever, 3.3 will likely be our final patch for awhile. I know it is a pain to have to keep re-downloading the newest build and i try to minimize doing so as much as possible.

    I am old and blind evidently can you point me to which folder 3.2 is in and 3.3 will be in cause I cant find the damn thing with a map at the moment.
