Reminders

1. Recommendation Games - Updates
   • Running With Rifles on Sale
   • Changed Organized Community "Events" to "Games" (logic: more expansive term; doesn't need to be an "event" to be "organized")
   • Switched CoH2 w/ Battletech
   • Added to Recommended Games:
     • Divinity - Original Sin 2
   • Removed Recommended Games:
     • No Man Sky vs Age of Empires 2 - DE: community chose AoE2 (due to lack of interest)
   • Added to Watch List:
     • DarkTide
     • Aliens Fireteam
   • Removed from Watch List
     • Command & Conquer (due to lack of interest)
     • Iron Harvest (due to lack of interest)
   • MechWarrior 5 Steam release update for Spring 2021!

BattleTech

1. Tournament
   • Down to Taniden vs Gihzmo for Runner Ups, then Runner Up winner vs Orc vs Tzeentch for finals
2. Campaign
   • Dynamic Campaign starting SOON! Details can be found here:

   • Top 6 players should begin deciding on their starting Mech
   • A discussion thread will be posted soon to cover details
   • Expect a familiar RPG experience (character progression with some RPG elements, random events, etc).
   • Low Commitment! Players can come and go as they please. No formalized schedule needed; only that there must be 4 players to do a mission.

Valheim

1. Game is very fun, but still incomplete; will require some creative event planning to keep interest.
2. Proposed Official Skjaldborg Events:

• • Raids on private worldsaves (esp. good for people with poor internet speeds)
  • "Naked" Boss Runs (or with sub-optimal equipment)
  • Amazing Race
  • "Ben Hur"-styled cart/chariot racing" and/or jousting
  • Arena Fight Tournaments
  • Man Hunt / Sharks & Minnows
  • Sailing Regatta
  • Boat Battles

Discord Bot - Spir(i)t of Borf

1. Additional roles will be added when needed
2. Please keep all bot commands to the #bot- command channel

Crowdfunding for Community

1. Can be used to pay for all necessary services for the community; website, servers, comms, etc.
2. Admin is working on completing setup for community donations page.

Twitch Streaming & Recordings

1. Gihzmo is hosting D&D
2. Highlight reel for Battletech tourney still pending

Moro Ibex has been promoted to Hirdman! Congartulations!

Game Updates

1. Avorion
   • MP improvements remain untested, but promising for our community
   • Official 'borg server delayed for later when weekly schedule permits (post-Valheim & MW5 plans)
2. Elite Dangerous: Odyssey
   • Newest Expansion- Odyssey - FPS Base raiding, defense, and covert heists!
   • Waiting until AFTER Odyssey release and will re-evaluate before planning any 'borg activities
3. Star Citizen

• • Making good progress; Trev wants to start doing more events
  • May still require some optimization for some people to play (depends on hardware)
