I'm super excite for Archer!! I creamed when I saw it on my record list. And sir, you never ONCE recommended, or talked about even, Metalocalypse! PFF!
I am still holding out hope that they will make new episodes of Metalocalypse. The newest episode of Archer was really good.
Metalocalypse was renewed for two more seasons starting in March. =D I need to buy Venture Bros. And Squidbillies.

I just finished watching the last season of The Venture Brothers. Such a great show. I hope they renew the Venture Bros. for another season. On another slightly related note, Archer got renewed for another season. WOOTZORD! If you have never seen Archer start with season 1 episode 1. It is worth it.
I absolutely could not stand Metalocalypse after the first season. Nor did I like the album they put out with "remastered songs". The originals were a lot better. That being said, Archer is fucking awesome.
