So, I noticed that my monitor appeared really dirty. I get the special "monitor wipes" and clean my screen off. Still, there appears to be a couple smudge spots on it. Two wipes later they still there. I contact a friend of mine who is an IT networking guy for a local collage. He suggests that the dirt is actually on the inside of the monitor. He sent me this link as a guide to how to solve the problem. Hope THIS works for anyone else who has this problem. He also suggests you use every month even if you don't.
