This is the first time during my 10 years in video games that I got to actually just say what I wanted within reason - there was still an upper limit to budget but for once I could just go wild because I have to run games through the Unity editor - which means they're both not optimized and not actually built yet and also I needed CPU power so that compiling, building etc. don't take forever, every minute counts because they stack up really fast when you sit there for 14 hours punching in few line changes.

Anyway, I got it 3 or 4 months ago but here are the specs:

GeForce RTX 2080 DUAL OC EVO
Stryker SE, windowed XL-ATX (white, comes with carry handle)
Hydro Series H100i RGB Platinum SE (water cooler)
    (/Bundled:
    ROG Strix Z390-F GAMING
    Intel Core i9-9900K
    Kingston 16GB DDR4
    Intel 512GB M.2 SSD /Bundle)
    850W FOCUS+ 850 Gold

I still have only one semi-modern Acer 24" Full-HD monitor, the second monitor is a 1680 res old Samsung POS.

I also added to the pack
    Thrustmaster HOTAS T.16000 + pedals
Oculus with monitoring stations and hand controllers

I made a real bargain getting a virtually unused Oculus for 350€, the retailer had some returned items and said "like new". Knowing that many folks try them out once or twice and either have issues with them, fail to install them or can't run them etc - I knew a lot of people just give up on them easily and return them as new. And indeed some of the fasteners were still on, the sensor plastic covers were still on etc. A real bargain.
