GROUP EVENT [Oct 8, 2022] Monthly Meeting (w/ Carrier Command Event starting @12p EST!) (Discord)

The fall season is here and that means we only have a few meetings left until we break for the holidays. With that in mind, I invite everyone to join us this Saturday for our monthly meeting! These near-end of the year meetings are very important as they will project our expectations and plans past the new year and into January! We also have some fun community activities planned that we think everyone would really enjoy. We try not to demand too much of your time so try to make a point to be there if you can.

For this meeting, Solo will be hosting a giant game of Carrier Command. This is a great game that requires no previous experience and something that should easily work on everyone's computers. Also, the game just got its 4th major update so there's some great new content to enjoy! But best of all, the game is currently on sale! Now is the perfect time to grab this great game and be a part of our community!

We plan to open up the server at 12:00p EST on Saturday before the meeting and will be running it most of the day. We will take a break for our meeting at 6p EST (per usual). Please let us know when you are coming so we can plan accordingly!

• Space Engineers - huge updates to economy and combat. also, water biomes and NPC encounters confirmed!
• Star Citizen - the 800 gorilla; waiting for a "finished game" is unrealistic. the server meshing update might be a game changer; TBD.
• Valheim - our best and most popular "viking sim" game; recommend waiting for Mistlands update (or later)

Removed from watchlist/backburner:
