A lot more cut-throat and careful. No markers, no indicators, no aids. Mobility is realistic in that it varies on surface types. You discover why 600HP, while it's awesome in a fibreglass Chevy Corvette, is utter shit in a 57 ton tank. In fact, Sim is shit. That is, of course, until it all culminates to the most joyous moments when you discover that hiding in a bush is useful now, tank guns can - shockingly - shoot further than half a mile, hitting that really powerful and expensive tank in it's side armor really does have the desired real-world effect of ruining that guy's day. You can sneak up on someone in Sim, but you really only have one shot before it goes bad for you. I've stood 10 minutes in a covered position racking kill after kill and nobody knew where I was shooting from. I've been hit at 2km by a German 88mm only to watch my T-34 cook off 2 minutes into a match. Summarily? It's so bad it's good - and it's so good, I hate it.
I don't get called a hacker that often but I do regularly leave people amazed. Well, I only play Air SB once in a while now and those kind of things are almost nonexistent there.
I'm a pleb. I only do arcade cause I ain't got time to waste on driving/flying for 10 minutes and dying and then repeating that process ad nauseum.
i like arcade mode, I havent tried sim yet, waiting till I have 2 tier 2 tanks... I have a stupid objective, kill somebody while close to a squad mate, and help a squad mate kill somebody... liek da faq, I'm oneshotting most people, sure i glance a few times, but come on... sigh and worse, it's "hard" to get squad mates who aren't `thupid
Maaan.... You better tell me next time you go seal clubbing! I miss playing WT with friends. (and nice job btw)
