In a few sentences, how would you describe yourself to us?
I grew up in Berlin, Germany.
So far, I've been a student of Physics, Mechatronics, and am at the moment studying Informatics (roughly 'Computer Science' at a small university in western Germany.
I game a lot, play chess, like to read books and wonder about science.

In a few sentences, how would you describe your gaming habits?
All over the place. I've been playing shooters, strategy (round based, real-time, and grand strategy), RPGs, simulations and everything in between.

What are you looking for from this community?
Friendly people to have a good time with, interesting conversations and never ending glory.

How did you hear about the Skjaldborg?
If I remember correctly I found an advertisement for the Skjaldborg Avorion Server somewhere, that contained the discord invite link. Then I just kind of stuck around.

What do you feel you will bring to the community?
Varying levels of skill in a large variety of games and game genres, an open ear for nearly every topic and an analytical mind that lends itself to engaging conversations

On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being very casual, and 10 being very hardcore what is your ATTITUDE?
Depends very much on the game and the mood I am in. I would say it ranges between 4 and 9

How many hours per week do you estimate you play online games?
5 - 20. but mostly around 10.

What time zone do you normally game in?
Central European Time (UTC+1/UTC+2 [for the summer time CEST]). Time zone of Berlin, Germany

I've been a foreign exchange student in Columbus Junction, Iowa, for a year, so I bear a fondness to the American Midwest.
Additional to the German one, I also possess the Finish citizenship.

What online multiplayer games do you play regularly?
Stellaris, EU IV, Counter Strike, War Thunder, Age of Empires II, Star Craft II, Star Wars: Empire at War Post Scriptum, Avorion, and several others that just won't come to mind at this moment

@Wolf Clearwater I'd be a sour cream cake, for then I'd be maximally delicious. Also I exclusively have good memories of sour cream cake, I have never once in my life eaten a badly made or rotten one. Though that could be said of several pies, cakes and pastries, only sour cream cake instantly sprang to my mind, so I'll just roll with it.

If you had absolute control over any SCP, which one would you pick and why?

 

Besides studying and games...what sorta things do you get up to in the outside world?

@j.p. It might be a bit obvious and bland, but I'd pick SCP-914 out of sheer curiosity. I would try out the weirdest things, sell of anything of worth that comes out and try to influence world events to my liking with my newfound wealth. It would probably also spit out a great deal of really useful stuff, geopolitically speaking.

@jChopper I love sailing, being on the water in general. The same goes for driving, which I'd consider myself pretty decent at. Coding kinda doesn't count I guess, as it is part of my studies, but I also enjoy coming up with neat game ideas, that I might one day mold into something fun. Other topics I'm very interested in is are history, futurology and evolving technologies, especially in chips, computers and AI. Oh, and currently I'm trying to teach myself to play the guitar (with a little help from my friends), so that I may one day be able to make a fool of myself on two different instruments .
