GROUP EVENT Skjaldborg's "Modular Campaign Tracker" (MoCaT)

    For those of you who don't know, back when I had a lot more free time, I ran in-depth, persistent, and dynamic campaigns both before and after I joined the Skjaldborg. Most notably, this was for our 3040 Battletech/Megamek campaign, but I have given similar treatments for other games as well:
    There has been much anticipation for a new Megamek campaign, but I've had very limited time to work on it, nevermind actually run it. Truth be told, it would have to be a scaled back version of what I did in the past., but I would also like to make it modular enough that basic concepts could be rolled into other games as needed. In the spirit of my previous efforts, I would like to merge these ideas into a single campaign tracking system that could be relatively easily applied and managed with any future game we have interest in. This is where the "modular" in "Modular Campaign Tracker" comes into play. Games I have in mind, but are not limited to:
    • Battletech (via Megamek or TTS)
    • Battletech (PC)
    • Company of Heroes 2
    • War Thunder
    • Mechwarrior 5 (planned for after Steam release).
    • Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord (after full release)
    • Age of Empires 2
    The ultimate goal is to create something that can be applied for MW5 after its release on Steam in December, but with a little creativity and some help from Roll20, I believe the core mechanics could be applied to other games as well. By streamlining the general campaign mechanics, I'm hoping to reduce the workload on managing these collaborative efforts.
