    I think the gaming community needs to boycott the Epic Games store. This kind of practice is causing a fucking console war in PC Games. I hate console exclusives, I never thought I would see that shit on PC.

    While I'd love to see such a boycott, it ain't gonna happen. Too many gamers out there that cant control their impulse to buy BL3 day one. No self control or caring.

    Well I guess it's safe to say BL3 is dead in the water with our community until it is available from people's preferred online store.

    To be honest, I'm still salty with Gearbox after how poorly they handled Colonial Marines. In my eyes, they haven't done anything redeeming to make up for that debacle.

    The only reason I even tried BL2 was because (at the time) it was on deep DEEP discount.

    I was gonna wait until it's $20 anyway since fuck me my backlog, but if it never launches on Steam or GOG it'll be no skin off my nose if they don't want some money.

    I think quite a bit of the pc gaming community are getting pissed off with the whole exclusive crap going on right now. This is the very reason most pc gamers play on pc, no stupid exclusive bullshit.

    There's plenty of exclusivity, just not the -game- tons of ways they could've done this without locking the game down from regular commerce. Hell, I'd bet dollars to buttons if they gave away some exclusive gold bullshit item they'd probably not only get exactly what they were hoping for, but they wouldn't have this ludicrous outrage for putting the game on lockdown for anyone who for whatever reason won't use Epic store.
