Split the navtabs <ul> into two rows

    The navigation buttons don't work well if you show the site in windowed mode (or on a smaller screen such as a pad or mobile phone). The rightmost buttons float down into the links on the second row. Have to be about 1150px width for it to show right.

    Simple solution would be to just move half the buttons to a second row and put them in an <ul> there.
