    I've done my best to recreate the Battle of Normandy within the limitations of the game. Depending on youir knowledge of history, you may notice some minor liberties taken to proxy certain armies and battles, but I tried to be as accurate as possible.

    Missions are seperated into three Stages: A, B, and C. The Stage determines up to what Phase of units may be deployed:
    • Stage A = can only deploy Phase A units
    • Stage B = can deploy Phase A and B units
    • Stage C = can deploy all units
    Furthermore, the number of total Activation Points (AP) available for both the attacker and defender (by default) is determined by the mission. By default, AP increases as you linearly progress through the missions (this is ignored if playing "Conquest"). Examples listed below:
    • -20 pts = subtract 20 pts from the Battlegroups total AP for this mission
    • -12 pts = subtract 12 pts from the Battlegroups total AP for this mission
    Optional Rules:
    • Airborne = Player may substitute their chosen Battlegroup for any Airborne Battlegroup; AP limit remains unchanged.
    • Casualties = At the end of each mission, divide pts in Losses by total Points deployed; for every 10% in losses, subtract 1 AP from current total (intended to be used alongside "Dynamic Conquest"). Example shown here.
    • Choose One:
      1. Historic Campaign = Missions have linear progression according to info provided below. Players use predetermined battlegroups as indicated. OpFor AP totals are determined according to map.
      2. Dynamic Conquest = Mission progression follows paths dictated by Campaign Map rather than by historical (linear) progression. Players may attack along any path provided. Players choose at the start their preferred battlegroup to use for the duration of the campaign. All players start with -20 AP from their normal total. This can be increased by capturing enemy supply vehicles (+1 AP for each) during missions. OpFor AP = [AP max] - [20] + [number of territories controlled by players (including allied ports)].
