Video currently being shown here: http://www.twitch.tv/warthunder Tanks and planes on the same map and Warthunder's tanks look awesome... not least, the artillery is a cluster of rounds, but the guy showing it managed to flip his german TD (Stug?) and Stuka a tank before showing how the Stug (as someone else ID'd it) doing sideways drifts around corners and shooting bunkers and so on... It's looking really good - probably not an internal view for the tanks atm - he was playing 3rd person, although a cockpit-less view may be possible. But they certainly look like they're finished with the basic games and models. (And... just as I type this, looks like the stream has finished).
this could actually be kind of cool, will make ground assault a bit more hairy.. And now maybe AA guns will actually put the fear of a non-loving god in to bombers.
Yep, and you can play mixed tank/plane mode. For planes the tanks won't be highlighted with icons, you actually have to find them visually.
