Members of the Borg and fellow Agents, Although several people are playing regularly, I'd like to put something more formal on the books. SHD (Shade) Day will be few hours each week where we can group up and crash through DC together. Initially, I'd say we could focus on helping people get through the campaigns and advance World Tiers, but, once we get everyone to a fairly similar place I envision this being a time where we can get together to: Plunder the Dark Zone Run Bounties and weekly Priority Network targets Run group missions and strongholds Run Raids Initially we are going to plan on starting this Fridays at 8 PM EST. The duration will be approximately 3 hours, though we'll play it by ear and see how long is reasonable. You can, of course, continue to play longer or shorter as your schedule demands.
Had some fun last night doing a bit of everything. Kicked it off with some Dark Zone shenanigans where I inadvertently began a blood feud with another group that persisted for some time. Unfortunately for them, they were shit and we wrecked them continually. Afterwards we got Gihz and Magnus through their strongholds and into World Tier 1.
Yeah, I'm still surprised by how much fun I'm having with this game despite the admittedly repetitive game-loop and minimal story telling (pretty much the same issue for all looter/shooters). The combat is very different from Warframe, but what I feel really sets it apart is the considerably more impressive level design and PvP gameplay.
I'd be down to join but unfortunately Friday night is a no go for me until about midnight pacific time, but I'll see you guys around on other days. I'm in WT1 right now, just hit gear score 300 gonna probably tackle the first stronghold today / tomorrow.
