Apparently during the year+ that this game wasn't even installed on my computer, I did something to deserve a perma-ban. I redownloaded to see how the game changed over the last year, and my account has been locked until January 2035. I submitted a support ticket, but I suspect my account was hacked at some point.
maybe someone hacked your account? figuring "this person hasn't logged in in awhile. they won't mind"
the real question is, what could they possibly have done to get your account banned for 20 years? o.o
