    UPDATE:

    I figured out how to used Tactical Genius... it is incredibly powerful... definitely up there with Sniper and Jumping Jack. It does, however, have limitations; it only works on a single unit you control, it only lets you reroll initiative once... and you MUST take the second reroll (even if it is worse than your first roll).

    With that in mind, I propose that Version 1 is our best option:

    VERSION 1: (6 slots total)
    -Tier 1 = 8 XP = Dodge, Hot Dog, Maneuvering Ace, Multi-Tasker, Oblique Attacker
    -Tier 2 = 16 XP = Jumping Jill**, Gunnery Specialist*, Melee Specialist, Pain Resistance, Weapon Specialist*
    -Tier 3 = 32 XP = Jumping Jack*, Sniper*, Tactical Genius

    *Gunnery Abilities do not stack
    **Jumping Jack and Jill do not stack

    NOTE: it is also possible we could tweak the XP costs a bit. For example: Jumping Jack should probably not cost as much as Sniper... 24 XP feels more appropriate.

    You left off the Natural Gunnery or whatever that it was called that was a "only at character creation" with below 4 gunner

    Check the character skill sheet before offering changes. These costs are balanced with primary skill costs in mind.

    EDIT: After some consideration... I agree. Natural Aptitude with the Gunnery cap limit would allow for more character flexibility; allowing characters interested in playing a more support role with secondary skills to still have a reasonable chance in combat.

    VERSION 1: (6 slots total)

    Yeah, Ver.1 looks good and makes the most sense. 2 tier 3 really powerful abilities, or a mix and match of the lower 2 tiers that allow you a bit more diversity.

    Character Creation Sheets have been updated (ver3.2). Everything should be in order. Can a few of you please scour it with a fine tooth comb and make sure I didn't miss something. I'm too tired to look at it anymore tonight.
