Try to do the tutorial out of the way first. Your stuff should still be there, but you get them back AFTER you complete the tutorial missions. If the stuff is still missing after that you should contact support.

I've enjoyed playing WF for two years. It has it ups and downs, but it's still very entertaining and community is one of the better ones in my opinion.

Spoiler I did not understand that the incubator raises kavats by smacking them with a frying pan.
I know the pain you feel.... I also got the "smacked with a frying pan look". Plus mine is black with a white stripe running down its back. I named her "Skunk".
I painted the pink black and gave her some slate, made her look a little better. Also that awesome glow in the dark tail tho, neat touch but can't change the color. Blue like her eyes.
Next Primed stuff. Hopefully Nekros gets some tweaks alongside Priming. I like using him but some of his skills need buffing. Namely the lackluster Soul Punch. Would be nice to have some control over the Shadows of Dead too. Tigris Prime is must have for me. I love my boomstick and don't care getting the New Loco version. Galatine Prime is okay by me. Can wait to get it from relics.
Regarding Nekros, by what the TennoCon released looked like they may just make Desecrate toggleable which would make 'im incredibly more playable.
