    Yep. I found a penetrating hunting rifle that ignores 30% of an enemy's armor. Would probably be an awesome legendary to have on something automatic like a minigun.

    Oh, listen to yourselves; bunch of killjoys. :p It's not even fully upgraded in that picture. Sure it's definitely inefficient, but sometimes its just so much damn fun to bullet-hose the shit out of everything in sight... and the DPS is better than you think.

    Protip: settlers have unlimited ammo; just give them enough to fill one magazine and they are golden.

    most of the really good ones have floated to the top of the nexus lists. i've taken a break too until they release the full modding tools and people can really get in and update some of the core mechanics. there is definitely some great stuff out there but there is only so much they can do without the creation kit
