I understand the need for screws, but what about adhesives? I could stumble upon a literal truck load of duct tape and glue and it still wouldn't be enough. In other news, managed to find this in my travels. Spoiler: How it got its name. I used this on the man who killed my wife and kidnapped my son; suffice to say he went down very quickly. Raiders have learned to fear my gunsling-ing badassery. PROTIP: you can use HTML code to sort your custom weapons at the top of the list: (it only appears with the <i> when inspecting the gun)
I just named my weapons based on their ammo, it basically sorted them at the top because of it. Like ".50 cal sniper"
Start a farm and cook your own adhesive. Vegetable starch. Check it out next time you're visiting a cooking station.
i've officially broken my FO4 for the first time! now i can begin the cathartic and infuriating task of a clean install and then installing each mod a few at a time and booting until it dies again. RIP family time for this evening
Had a barbecue at the ironworks today. If you like flamers and molotovs, definitely check this place out. You might want to install asbestos lining in your armor first though.
save files should be stored on the steam server. this is also why I haven't done anything yet beyond the building budget for zimonja.
got 'er all fixed back up and was able to pick up easily where i left off! was actually good to do a bit of a purge since i upgraded the GPU (thanks to a gift from the in-laws) and i wanted to beef up the visuals anyways. the one sticking point for me was, apparently, any time i run LOOT i have to manually go into my Users/AppData/Local/Fallout4 and change plugins.txt out of Read-Only, which it automatically gets set to everytime i run LOOT! if I hit don't manually adjust that file in between getting shit ordered and hitting Apply (in LOOT) my game wouldn't even boot... no idea why this is, if anybody understands how these things work together i'd be interested to hear out of sheer curiosity
makes establishing the correct load order for mods super easy (usually). looking at the site it may initially look complicated but all you generally need to do is click 2 buttons and the tool will establish load order, point out any conflicts, etc which makes life pretty easy! it integrates right into the NMM tools as well, it's very well supported by the modding community
Yea, my standard playthrough routine has kicked in again. Everytime I play through a long game once I just don't have the interest for another playthrough even if I focus on other stuff. So, Fallout 4, Adios until the GOTY edition with all the DLC at which point I'll do a shit load of mods for fun. Although I'll keep an eye on this thread in case any fun mods DO pop up.
Games wise still stuck with Witcher 3's first Griffon (no time!) and F4 is up after W3. I regret missing the chance of being an early modder But life. Got to make choices, choices about how to spend your available time. The good side is that once I'll get around to F4 I know there'll be a couple of addons and a ton of quality mods to choose from.
Fuck... I totally forgot I never finished Witcher 3... and I actually like that game! I think I had to stop playing because of school.
