Uhhh... Uhhhhhhhh I think I'm going to wait. I'll be spending enough money this weekend anyways. But, is there any reason I should pre-order? Is it any cheaper?
Well bete is open to those who pre ordered, First impressions i love it. Very simple controls but i feel it is going to take some well skilled teamwork to work your way through the Hulk.
Solo and I ended up back to back on a catwalk fighting off hordes of stealers and a damn carnifex or something until we died. It was pretty epic
I caved. Pre-ordered. What swung me is the reminder that I had 20 bucks in my Steam wallet already, from B-day
It is uncanny how the carnifex has the same speed aggression and ferocity as my wife when i put the milk back in the fridge wrong.
I lolled many times while watching this beta steam footage. Commentary mostly contains excited shouts of "Holy emperor of mankind!", "This is amazing!" or "Xenos!"
So, Solo and I discovered while playing last night, that two Heavy Weapons Specialists fucking rip everything to pieces. We encountered a big bad dude, lured him back to a chokepoint, and me and another random pug who was rocking the same loadout as I was just unloaded. It died before we got halfway through our clips.
Such a good game. The weapons are all very satisfying. Pacing is spot on and the aesthetic of everything will appeal to 40k fans.
Green Man Gaming has the pre-order on sale: https://www.greenmangaming.com/games/space-hulk-deathwing/
I've had it for a while. Would've played it this weekend but my eyes were a little fried after twelve hours on the megamek campaign.
