I have really only been doing the pve stuff right now to get acquainted with it, but it feels really good. I am sure the PVP is not quite as slow and methodical.. but we will see
MH and I had a great time with Siege again last night. Personally I'll be on most nights starting at like 9ish PST for a couple of hours.
Tonight Don and I were having a so-so time, decent some games, fair on others. Finally ran into a team with 3 high ranked players, our team was up 2:0 when they started playing really dirty. As we went into the 4th round our 3 pugs all rage quit leaving the 2 of us to be obliterated. Going into the overtime match point 2:2 we were down 2 players to their 5. Don says grab a roamer and something about making it painful... we both take off to roam, he catches two with their pants down and rips them up, I pop poison on the objective when they start to cap and rush back to catch their 3rd player point blank in the back with my shotgun, Don takes out the 4th as he storms the objective, the 5th is hanging outside a window trying to shoot Don as I round the corner and pump him full of 12ga buckshot to win the match. Safe to say it was the most amazing game I think I have ever had and by far the worst odds stacked against us that I've seen.
The three high ranked players he mentioned? Two were Plat 4, and the third was Plat 2. I have had orgasms less satisfying.
Personally, I really do think it's worth $50, but, if you're not way into FPSs or multiplayer, hold off until a sale brings it down to $30 or less.

It will save you a crazy amount of grind time. Recently I've been playing this solo or with MH for a couple of hours most nights. Blazing Blitz has already met the business end of a nerf bat while still on the test server. Gone before he ever truly steamrolled the masses- he will be missed. Outbreak is out, and a damn good time. Gihz, MH, and I slugged through the horde for a few hours last night. Now's a good time to take a look if you've been interested in the game.
