Are you guys still playing on this server ? I never tried altis life will give it a try if you guys are still playing. Im atm highly addicted to arma 3 epoch but havent found a good server yet ... Way too much satchel charges around .. base building is kind of pointless atm ...
I actually forgot to pay the bill. So the server went down. We have not had a whole lot of interest recently because of other games. I am always interested in getting back into it though. I will say it would be nice to have some regular events/missions. That server in the banner is not actually our server, since ours went down. We were just playing a custom A3 Alive map.
Ahh ok. Well id totally be up for arma 3 i just never could make it due to timezone differences when you guys started a while back. ( SC FPS Training ) Ive been playing quite a bit of arma 3 epoch before the holidays and really enjoyed it. Its still very alpha but quite fun. Just for the record im on GMT+1 (not french even if TS says so) and totally up for scheduled gameplay for better organisation!
count me in. finally got around to checking out arma 3 epoch last night and am totally down for any and all arma 3 action at this point
i started playing on the MOTD server its quite populated and they reduced the explosives in the loot tables. So far quite fun
I am looking for a new arma 3 epoch server to play on. Anyone playing atm ? If there is enough interest id be totally up to chip in and we rent our own server. I think arma 3 epoch + basebuilding is a great thing to do with a community as ours Secure an area and hold it + hort a shit load of guns, gear and vehicles Going to test some servers and post once i find a good one
Iv been playing a lot of wasteland recently. Ill post up the server detials when I get home. Populated server, ATMs to stash your cash, etc.
That wasteland server is both PVP and PVE. Im plaing independant at the moment and have $1.25 mill in the bank For cost scale an air to ground missile costs $2k and an armed attack chopper comes in at $60k.
i tested 2 EU based epoch servers but havnt chosen one yet to stay on. Still looking for a good chernarus one. @ghizmo when are you guys playing / meeting ?
I'm ashamed to admit I've been having trouble getting this to install. Any trick to it aside from a normal arma mod installation? I went through the readme a few times and tried reinstalling it. The mod launches but I get immediately kicked from any epoch server I try to join.
im using steam + arma 3 and then http://a3launcher.com/ the arma 3 launcher to manage mods and look for servers i downloaded epoch manually and followed the readme instructions hope that helps ?
We are planning at about 8 PM Eastern. If these servers require mods we probably will not get them tonight just because folks may not have time to get things installed. Just so we know, what is needed for them?
the only mod i have installed is http://epochmod.com/ but im fine with what ever you guys are playing. Ill post a server as soon i found a good one . But I will probably never be around after 1600 -1700 eastern ( GMT+1 here :/ )
http://epochmod.gamepedia.com/A3Epoch:Arma_3_Epoch Pvp / pve is player behavior There are some servers that are pve only but you still can shoot and kill players ... friendly fire is always on and you can always kill everybody you encounter. Even NPC traders
I am going to download Epoch, maybe if everyone has a chance to download it for tonight, we will check it out. If not I will find a vanilla mission for us to run.
