    I know its kinda dumb sounding... but check out chess.com... there's some neat stuff there, daily puzzles, and some PBP/PBEM type functions in addition to live play

    I'd be down to play some PBP/PBEM games with anyone, if it's evenly matched could be fun times

    I haven't played against anyone really skilled, but I do enjoy chess. Got chess4 last year and played that with friends. So much fun.

    It's hard to describe my skill level... I'm not "good" by chess player standards, but compared to casual players I'm above average (and humble too!)

    Always looking for friendly games though

    Our chess club was kind of a joke. We had one kid who was phenomenal, and then a few okay players who just enjoyed playing.

    Because they keep disappearing off the first page? :p I love to play chess, sadly, I haven't in a few years. Placed third in the inter-highschool chess competition, and was in the chess club, but I kept getting trounced by one other kid and my genius physics prof.
