Unfortunately, I didn't do the cooking since I'm at work during dinner cooking time. But I had chicken and dumplings with mashed potatoes and green beans.
As a father of 2 little ones under 3...I'm so going to hell for snickering at that... On a side note, I didn't like cooking till after i got married now i love it. I make my own fried chicken nuggets and strips. I have no measurements I just go by what looks right.

Yes, technically. When I said homemade, I meant made from scratch from a personal recipe, not made at home.
A little bit of frozen/concentrate lemon aid, with half the amount of water usually used for drinking, pored into the container, some balsamic vinegar, bunch brown sugar, some old hickory flavored dry rub, a bunch of minced fresh garlic, salt, and some chicken. Marinated for a few days, then grilled.
