MechWarrior RPG final votes

My schedule is pretty regular, so summer isn't a problem. If we have to put it on hold, that's fine too. Maybe we can another player or two.

 

i can't promise to be as consistent as I was during the school year, but I can make it most of the time. this may just be a bad month for me.

 

tuesday's gonna be a bad night for me for the summer, mainly because it's the best night for me to hang with RL friends, so even now that grad season is officially over I'll probably be pretty scarce on tuesday XD

 

Okay guys,
Given that it is summer and we have a lot of other things going on, I am thinking of holding off on MechWarrior until October. From what I am hearing back from you guys, that sounds like the best option.

This will also give us a chance to draft others who want to join us.

So.... October 1st is a Tuesday, do we need to hold off longer for anyone?

I will type up a summary of what is happening and post it here so I don't lose it all 8)

 

The year is 2763...

Through an error in navigation, we have traveled from 3050 back to before the Amaris Coup.

We have been working to prevent the Succession Wars from ever happening by preventing the decimation of all of the Cameron line.

Now we sit on Terra, as representatives of the Rodriguez Fashionable Mech Textiles company. We work with the palace and use the information we find to help keep the Cameron's alive.

Currently, we have rescued three of the Cameron's. Jillian Cameron, pilot and 23rd in line for the throne. Laceria Cameron, a pirate working out of Coventry. And recently, Hershel Cameron, a playboy from Tharkad, and 12th in line of succession. These have been moved to safety within Kerensky's fleet.

Kerensky is aware of our efforts, one of his generals, General Bortus, from Kuritan space, has been slowly feeding us equipment in an attempt to stop the inevitable.

Our recent activities in saving Hershel Cameron on Tharkad has revealed a leak in the plans of Amaris. Therefore, we sit quietly and we wait. The time is not yet right for us to again intervene. But it is coming.

On Hold until October 1st, due to RL conflicts that crop up in summer.

 

We still on for Tuesday? and have we gathered any more people?

i can. i may be a bit late some days depending on if Im closing or not.

 

I can on the 1st. But my work schedule is getting shifting around so some weeks I wouldn't be able to play until 10:30 or 11:00 EST.

Can we get at least a 4th player for October 1st?

It is really hard to play with 3.

 

Tuesdays I can't do.

 

Tuesday's are bad for me until I get back to Arizona (sometime next month most likely, not sure how long I'll be there this year though)

also, computer died, so... I'll see what I can do with my tablet and phone but not sure if roll 20 will work on the tablet and teamspeak has been hedgy at best.

further edit, roll 20 works fine on tablet, (after subscription ) will have to see about getting TS to work on my phone.

 

Let's try for the 1st. We might be short on peeps, but let's see what we can do.

 

Hey guys. Odd question to answer an odd problem. Does anyone care if we start at 10 East? Will that be too late for anyone?

Reason: Shield comes on at 9 east here... and the kids want to watch it as a family.
