US Marine Corps 4 years enlisted, left as E4 on my way to E5 MOS: 0351 Anti-Tank Assaultman Duty Station; 29 Palms, CA MAGTFTC 2.5 years of duty in Iraq, operating out of FOBs (Firm Operating Base) in An-Najaf, Al-Aqim, and Fallujah Was TAD to a 'hunter-killer' team, doing small scale guerilla incursions, search and destroy, search and capture, demolitions. Think that covers the big points. Acronym Notes; MOS; Marinoe Occupational Specialty or Military Occupational Specialty. The number is broken up into the first two numbers to identify field (Admin, Suppy, Infantry, etc), and the second is the job descriptor (Rifleman, cook, computer analyst, etc). MAGTFTC; Marine Air-Ground Task Force, Training Command FOB; Firm (or Forward) Operating Base TAD; Depending on service, duty station, or preference- Temporary Assigned Duty, Temporary Attachment/Detachment.
I am pretty sure you worked in the sister squadron of my current squadron. Offut AFB mean anything to ya?
I work in BPMS in CS under EO&T, which is IT. Specifically I do BPD and COM in ARIS and BPM dev in IBM BPM. While capturing P140, P490, and P750
We used to be in HRS, but just moved. Before that we were ALE in BR&T, in PW, before they reorged us to EO&T
Ok, I gotta get in on this acronym shite. I came in as an undesignated airman and was assigned to the V-4 department, aka ABF (Grapes). My least favorite aircraft is the AV-8B. They burned through JP-5 faster than the helos, so when they were running them heavy during flight ops it meant more trips across the flight deck. Made the days seem way too long while in the Persian Gulf. I gotta hand it to the people who have to hump ruck sacks through the desert. Lol, I will never find another reason to be over there. I'll take Oklahoma weather over that shit any day.
Myself, I am taking on some portion of all the following roles: PM, SM, SA, BA, FA. This is for the CCWM project on the 787 for BCA. Specifically we started looking at SRPs, which take you from issue ident through incorp, including RCA, CR, and CN. We can break that down further. In CR we collect IA, perform CCB3, CDR, CCB2, TRB, and CCB1/0 prior to CN initiation. In the CN we are dealing with WP of DWS (which can be internal or interfaced through SMCM), RFQ, Imp Plans, DE/ME release, SB, and all other sorts of nastiness. Let's not even get in to POs for acquisition, implementation, and incorporation.

USAF: 2005-2009 802 Mission Support Group, Lackland AFB, TX 81 Training Wing, Keesler AFB, MI 97 Operations Support Squadron, Altus AFB, OK. AFSC - 1C151, Air Traffic Control (RADAR) Administrative Discharge Under Honorable Conditions in 2009 Spent 2 years training for ATC work, then spent rest of service controlling butterbars as they learned how to fly real planes, instead of their silly little T39's. Left due to political changes within the flight that led to a backbiting and cutthroat work environment, and my refusal to play into the game putting me on the wrong side of the Sgts in charge of the whole bullshit.
2004-05-05 to present date 373rd MI BN 146 SIG Co, 1st Armored Division 164th TAOG Duty Stations: Fort Lewis Tumwater Armory Fort Jackson Wiesbaden Fort Rucker Deployed Locations: Iraq: Sunni Triangle circus show of moving 2006-2007 Iraq: Liberty Super Complex (God damn did they bring civilization to this hell hole. Almost felt guilty, until 3 days in we had our first casualties to IDF) Kuwait: Buehring x2 (2012, 2013) They can send some one else this fucking time. Stated Job title: Human Resources Specialist Actual Job title: We need something done and your the only mother fucker who doesn't think its in his constitutional rights to fuck off ever god damn second so get it done. I hate being the honest one in a unit of lazy s(d)ob's. I miss combat units where every one realized its important to accomplish shit, that way you can go home on time or even early once in a while, instead of pulling late hours because mr. and ms. fuck off refused to do what they were told at 0900. It is now 1630and they haven't even started. Can I leave this hell hole yet?
I have a minimum until 2016/11/16, hoping to get to another MOS that lets me stay in some place other then here. And back into a line unit where I can do my job and don't have to hold hands.
