Parley with the Gorettis

We stand outside the towering walls of Castle Goretti. How should we deal with them? (read OP first)

    So after negotiations, here's the deal:

    This is staying as is, plus we spoke to the partisans and they agreed to leave us alone also.

    These two sections stay as is. We've got enough scrap captured mechs to cover the trade.

    We've got access to the Goretti facilities and also set it up so that whenever we have forces using them the Gorettis can only have an equal number of troops there as well. That way we aren't sitting ducks with one lance of mechs in the middle of their entire force. Much harder for them to backstab us that way.

    We're turning over our info on Morgana (which really isn't much), in return we got the treasure cache location PLUS Goretti is going to give us Ben Kingsley. He's not with them right now but he'll be recalled and turned over before we leave. Kingsley not only is the one who stole the Harbinger in the first place but he also will have info on the rest of the Harbinger treasure troves.

    Goretti will be all too happy to get rid of us so we don't have to worry about his orbital defences. So not only did we shut down the Goretti attacks and get better maintenance facilities, we talked the partisans into leaving us alone while we take the fight to the Martillos. We've got the location of a treasure cache located here in planet, PLUS we get Kingsley who can lead us to the rest. All in all a pretty freaking good deal.

    Oh derp I forgot to thank our skilled negotiators. Sheo did great with the Gorettis, damn near got himself torn into tiny pieces by the partisans but was saved by LagCat's silver tongue.
