right? played a ton from beta well into launch but the performance was so bad i just couldn't stomach it but no other faction allows you to utilize the braveheart "FREEDOOOMMMM!!!!" cry as you rush the enemy lines... regardless, i'll download it, the division is getting has gotten a bit stagnant with their terrible open-world loot drops and gated end-gear progression. also i'm pretty sure i have a TON of station cash. wait shit, didn't SOE sell PS2? is all that money i bought years ago useless now? F.
Well I checked it out. Runs buttersmooth on the small world map getting 60 fps on all high at 1440p. I am really pleased with the performance so far. I could try Ultra but really what for, i dont need the graphics that much. Is the game locked to 60 btw? Doesnt seem to go above ever. Anyway I am having tons of fun with the game, its not as campy as it used to be and alot more chaotic but that may just be the influx of new players because of the big update. I will keep playing it to see how it develops. Havent gotten to trying out the building system yet tough.
Interesting. I used to be an officer in a larg TR unit, the TRG. I should see if they are still around, get some community synergy going. I used to run their air wing

Youre characters probably have all been deleted anyway. I know I didnt find mine again. So since its pretty early I am open for every faction really. I'll just jump on the one the most (EU) Borgs play on.
I was one of the few if not the main person who pushed for the 'borg to first get involved with this game for Shieldwall Day. The way I remember it, we went with the NC since they were the most "Borg-like" (freedom & rock n' roll, dude). We tried it, but we hit some real roadblocks that kept us from going anywhere with it: last time we tried to play this, it was a complete mess; this is a game that almost requires some basic organization to get anything meaningful done and this is not a game that is friendly for casual players it requires a certain threshold of players to get anything meaningful done it requires we all play for the same faction on the same server That last point is going to be a real problem until we settle on a faction. I sunk a lot of time on my previous account, but I can't even remember what server that was. I don't even know if any of my hard earned money/unlocks will carry over. I never liked how they forced you to split accounts to play with your friends. All that said, I would be THRILLED to see us playing this as a group as it is one of the very VERY few F2P games out there that supports large groups of friends playing together. I think it would be FANTASTIC for promoting Borg teamwork... but I'm less enthusiastic about sinking time into this again unless we can get the numbers to do something cool with it. I would encourage us to first get a headcount of how many people actually want to play before you start picking a faction. So perhaps the best way to start would be adding a poll.
