It's funny; aside from the wallhack, nothing else in that is really necessary since the blasters don't really have recoil. Also funny how you never see the score screen, I'll bet that loser edited out a ton of random thermal detonator and cycler rifle deaths.
I didn't create it; I just shared it. Besides, I know I am the only Borg that bought Battlefront so I don't have to worry about you guys coming after me with one
What? They don't give you a Death Star air support supply drop for aimhack killstreaks? What kind of console port is this?
That's a real thing? Wtf are those people doing over there? No wait... that's rhetorical. They are counting money... lots of money. In other news, I think i've officially picked a side in the Wars vs. Trek situation.
To be honest, it looks like it has a chance in hell of being possible to create (plasma arc contained between two terminals), unlike a regular light sabre. As for being real, ummm... real as in real life or real as in "really going to show up in an official/canonical Star Wars fiction"?
I think a million tables flip every time that question comes up. There seems to be a lot of debate in the fandom about what is and isn't a part of the fictional universe.
i've read most of the books and never seen anything about an axe. there is a lightwhip (no idea how that works and not all the strands are lightsaber blades. it's a multi strand whip not one piece.) but i haven't read any of the comics or played all the games.
The problem is they randomly go fishing in the lake of fanfic and pull crap out then bam it's now canon.
Actually how the star wars authors explained it at dragocon is that since it is "legends" disney can actually take their time to sift through it and choose anything they want. If they want it. I think they (the authors. Timothy zahn was there and michael stackpole) said that 14 new books were planned by disney.
I picked up one of the new books, Aftermath. It specifically lists these on the Del Rey Star Wars Timeline: The Phantom Menace Attack of the Clones The Clone Wars TV Series Dark Disciple Revenge of the Sith Lords of the Sith Tarkin A New Dawn Rebels TV Series A New Hope Heir to the Jedi Battlefront: Twilight Company The Empire Strikes Back Return of the Jedi Aftermath The Force Awakens Now, is this necessarily 100% canon, maybe not. But it is the best I have to go with as one of the newest books and well after the Disney acquirement.
I'd just create a pistol or rifle version that didn't have a limited range for the beam with an option for increasing the arc of the beam so it can't be blocked.
I know they do have slugthrowers in the star wars universe (projectile weapons) but i wonder if there has ever been a gun that can do both? fire lasers or projectiles. i feel like a projectile sniper rifle would be better for sniping then a laser based sniper rifle.
