I played it a bit yesterday. the combat is pretty fun. Not a bad game. Not something I think I would really put any money into, but for free it is fun.
Got uhm, 3 or 4 beta keys if anyone feels like giving it a shot. It's - like you all said - a fun game.
...Beta keys? I just downloaded it off of steam and started playing. What are theses "Beta Keys" you're talking about? Jokes aside we need to get 4 of us in a game together. Maybe later tonight if possible.
Oh! you're all right! I had those keys in my mail for the past 2-3 weeks and forgot it's in open beta now xD Personally, playing it "before" the new system of mods and "now", I liked the old mod system better. With the new one, I have to re-grind everything. But any mission, if it's four of us playing, is going to be a breeze and easy.
Located a mod that deals an additional 20% of rifle damage as electrical damage. Learned to exploit Loki's hologram and let enemies flock to it whil I pop off head shots. Accidentally blew 35k on a frame I cant build yet. Grinding became very easy. Bought twin pistolas. Fell in love.
I'm really liking this game now. First planet-side mission went well... it was one of Venus' moons. Then I found a mod that allows my twin pistols to set shit on fire. FUCKING FIRE! It's like a gun out of borderlands now!
Not tht impressed with this so far, but i'll give a little while longer before i really make up my mind about it.
Is it just me or is this game kinda too easy with 4 people. Seems like 2 is a good number to go with.
Easter special patch apparently... all the breakable containers are now comically large easter eggs, and humanoid enemies (sans the infected) have bunny ear head clips that flop about. Fluffypinkbunny would be proud.

well I doubt I'll ever be super active in the game, but I'll still probably play from time to time XD
Is anyone still playing this? I picked up the Steam starter pack and have been playing about a week. It's pretty fun, but a long grind. BTW, I'm blackjackraider in Warframe as well.
