Besides, I haven't read Oodlez character sheet yet.. and only a brief history. There is still time for a terrible accident that can have a devastating effect.

This week, on MechWarrior.....

The situation gets heated as more evidence suggest that Edge and Beyond Mercantile is up to no good.

Anna and Kazuko entertain a technician from the Spaceport in an attempt to gather information, only to have him and Anna pass out before answering anything critical. His friend, Ted, is less than forthcoming with information as well, snubbing poor Kazuko and leaving with his friend.

Meanwhile, the gents of the team infiltrate the Spaceport.. which is conveniently abandoned when they need entry. Searching through the computer logs, they find cargo manifests (incoming and outgoing) saying simply textiles for the last dozen dropships coming and going from the planet. The also find edited logs in regards to jump detection and dropship detection approaching the planet by Bartholemew Surmes.

When confronted, outside his cherry red hover car, Bart comes clean and says he was paid by Andrew Hamilton, of E&B Mercantile to make the changes to the logs. He did not question why.

What could Andrew Hamilton, supervisor at E&B hope to gain from these changes? Why are all the guards at E&B new? What happened to the previous personnel?

We are supposed to play in about 2 hours. Currently we do not have our old favorite TS server.

Do we want to run this Skype audio? Roll20 audio? Just abandon this week?

Abandon. Too many damn practice questions left. All work and no play make Myuu a walking corpse.

 

I'm fine with whatever we do tonight. I was just able to get on the TS server without a problem, but I don't know who else is still banned.

I'll stick around and see what the decision is.

Well, it'll be kinda hard to play tonight without the GM. I'm fine with abandoning this week. I'll let people know if they get onto TS.

Let's call this week a bust... Apparently the E&B Mercantile heard about our attempts and foiled our plans.

 

Sounds like Yoshi should hack into their system and ban Andrew Hamilton from the E&B computers...

 

Look at it this way, you have a whole week to plan your revenge.
