Yep. It was weird. I think it would have worked better it one of the other deadly sins was the main character.
I thought it was alright, I don't think it's on the list of anime I'd recommend though, just don't think you'll die from sitting down to watch it. also, it amused me that Lust was some bookish kid who had absolutely no interest in the fairer sex, his only lust was for knowledge.
Also Ban, maybe Arthur (even though he isn't one of the 7.) Can we have a series of Ban travelling around the country saving people. Basically ruroni kenshin but with an immortal.
Okay Ban and Meliodas destroying the "indestructible eternal sealing spell so powerful they couldn't break it with ten tyrant dragons" without trying or indeed ever knowing it even existed was actually kinda funny. I'll give this another chance.
Man. Ban is like super lucky that skin-tight hot pink studded leather is so popular with lots of super weak guys who really like to fight.

well, it's not the -worst- I've heard of, but I imagine it'd land pretty high on the charts, if I bothered to make one.
NOT watchin' more Seven Deadly Sins. Because it just like... ends four episodes into the second season. Wasn't the whole thing about the Seven Deadly Sins that there were more than six of them? Did Netflix seriously order 1 and 1/3 seasons of a show? What the crap?
Could be the weird not really a season thing. That is 4 episodes long. The actual 2nd season is 24 episodes (probably not all out yet). Though the Japanese run should just be finishing (if there were no breaks) if there is a dubbed I have no idea where it would be.
Yeah I got to the end a while ago and was like okay that's cool, I guess I'll catch it next week. Then next week never happened.
Aha. The first The Seven Deadly Sins anime series was licensed for English release by Netflix as its second exclusive anime, following their acquisition of Knights of Sidonia.[7] All 24 episodes were released on November 1, 2015 in both subtitled or English dub formats. The Signs of Holy War arc of the series, labeled as Season 2, was added to the service on February 17, 2017. The Seven Deadly Sins: Revival of The Commandments first opening theme song titled "Howling" is a collaboration between Flow and Granrodeo and first ending theme song is "Beautiful" performed by Anly. The second opening theme titled "Ame ga Furu kara, Niji ga Deru"(雨が降るから虹が出る) by Sky Peace and second ending theme titled "Chikai"(誓い) by Sora Amamiya. Signs of holy war is only 4 episodes and not actually the 2nd season. Netflix doesn't have the 2nd season which I think is just finishing up (in japan). The last episode of the current season airs this Saturday (June 23rd).
Ah, okay. Those four episodes did feel super out of place in the plot, but since anime does that all the time and especially between arcs I didn't think much of it. Kinda weird that Crunchyroll's crowd of ex-fansubbers can swing simulcasts of their shows but Netflix can't manage the same though.
It's not in any sense anime but since I don't feel like starting a new thread and this is the closest match, watchin' Star Trek. The OG one. It's... man. Captain Pike is sooo not Kirk. I've seen plenty of these so I know it gets waaaay better but god damn what was even going on in this pilot?
They actually literally didn't go anywhere now that you mention it. They just hung out in orbit around a planet and did alien shrooms or something for a whole hour. "The Captain's been kidnapped by aliens? Woah. Bogus. Yo, pass the Doritos, man." Meanwhile Not-Kirk spends his time having not-sex, cos' that's how he rolls.
