It's mostly with the advent rocketeer or the wormhole reinforcements. Only mods i have are cosmetic stuff. Nothing that really changes anything.
goddamn optimus prime. sadly there arn't any transformer heads (cosmetics) so I gave him a VF-1S head. My only other spark at the moment is being repaired and named CABAL (the AI for Nod from command and conquer
so I did a jailbreak mission with only 1 soldier. Because the damn time limit was 2 days and 22 hours. I could only use 1 to stay under the limit.
I made mod that adds an "infantry" class that serves as a generalist if anyone is interested. It basically has a mix of assault, grenadier, and sharpshooter skills without being overpowered. The left path focuses on "breaching and clearing" with more grenade usage (but without the longer range grenade launcher) and skills that support "run and gun". The right path is more of a medium range skirmisher that gains benefits from using cover, flanking and holding high ground. It has almost no overwatch buffs so the class is ideal for people that enjoy playing aggressively (like me).
some interesting changes so far, even in the tutorial part, so far it's pretty awesome, though I do miss the diversity of the long war classes, I really wish they'd have integrated some of that into the basic game.
In a few days a bunch of mods should work again. I don't know why the long war stuff isn't just integrated in. I guess so it is easy to turn off if you don't want that stuff.
wish they would've gone the extra mile with the long war team and released the new content with the long war available, but I can kinda understand why they didn't
I'm guessing alot of long war 2 stuff just wouldn't work anymore. The few mods that have been updated say they would not work with the non war of the chosen game. So maybe long war just needs far more work? May have had to wait till release to know what was in and not in so the long war guys may not have been able to actually start till release.
well no I mean, they could've had the long war guys working alongside them in order to expedite things at least a little bit, but I guess we'll see how long before the long war of the chosen XD
This would be one of those where i really wish there was in game squad chatter/banter/ribbing. Like general (no names). This would be a a "how the hell did you miss that shot? You had your gun in his face"
