Spoiler: Episode 127 Fuck that "we're just going to assume he self destructed" ruling though. Guy's throwing around enough power to shock Beerus and a robot designed to kill pre-Namek Goku is supposed to have soaked that? C'mon ref.
longest ten minutes ever. also i'm hoping (probably won't happen) vegeta and goku fuse with the fusion dance and gogeta becomes canon (not since he only showed up in a movie). of course if the show has them do that it will still probably have gogeta not succeed and goku goes true ultra instinct. (he hasn't mastered the offense part yet.) poor android 17. and where the fuck is Frieza?
I'm hoping they don't beat Jiren at all. Ever since Universe 9 was erased I've been waiting for this other shoe to drop:
I'm kinda betting they will lose and get erased and then zen ends bring all the universes back (because reason) or jiren ends up wishing them all back with the dragonballs.
On dragonball super... Where in God's name is frieza? Did everyone forget about him? Now I'm feeling like It's going to go the time runs out out with both you and siren still in the ring and universe 7 wins because frieza is still in even if unconcious.
He's not in the bleachers so that means he's unconscious in a ditch somewhere. Hope whenever he comes to he's got a better plan than before or he'll just get another embarrassing beatdown.
I'm not sure which I love more: the fact that Neo Yokio takes the piss out of anime in general or the fact that lots of hardcore anime nerds are triggered by it's very mentioning. The reason I enjoyed it is for the same reason I enjoyed "It's Always Sunny In Phillidephia"; its a story about a bunch of assholes being assholes and doing asshole things... except the characters in Neo Yokio are more like a bunch of trendy millennial douchebags. Even if that was not the director's intent, even if it is only accidentally funny; that was good enough for me to enjoy it. Make no mistake, pretty much everyone in this show acts like shallow privileged jerks, but somewhere along the way, you will laugh at them.
I watched this through Amizon Prime and highly recommend it. Don't let the "cute" character designs fool you. I don't really go for cute. This is genuinely a great story. Definitely NOT a story for young children, but a good show to watch with teenages or significant others: Also, Season 2 is confirmed so (hopefully) we get a proper ending.
Also I bet goku could have beaten jiren when he was in the complete ultra instinct but he fucked up like he always does by seeing how powerful his new powers are.
At least he didn't have any reason to expect he was gonna just explode without warning, since the last two times he just needed a minute to catch his breath. Woulda been a helpful thing to know earlier. WHIS.
Wait. So what happens if they end in a tie? Would universe 7 and whichever one jiren is from both get erased? Because that would be hilarious.
