Rey is the mother of Jar Jar. It all makes sense now. Father is C-3PO who eventually had it's consciousness transferred to a biological body. Eventually the plot branches out to take place on multiple alternate universes due to proliferation of time travel.
Found out that black hole is actually one's daughter's book shelf in the past - or the rear side of the bookshelf anyway.
Let's run towards the guys in water trying to shoot at us! Great tactical choice commander, +1000xp *LEVEL UP* You can now choose a new tactic such as "fire at the enemy from cover". FUCK EVERYONE there are no closeup hardcore sex scenes in any of the Star Wars movies. I know I'm not the only one who is still bitter about the movies now showing in graphic detail exactly what Jabba did to Leia!
look at all those practical effects. Listen to the way the director and the cinematographer talk about film making. I'm super stoked for this movie.
It's the shadows along with the size and placement of the storm troopers. They look like someone copy pasted them in.
So here's my utterly baseless plot prediction: We know that Jyn is the daughter of the Galen Erso, who is one of the scientists who designed the Death Star. My theory is that her criminal history and rebellious background are a cover for her role as an Imperial Intelligence agent (hence the shots of her in that fucking baller imperial uniform). She infiltrates the Rebellion ostensibly to sabotage the efforts to obtain the plans for the Death Star. Along the way she has second thoughts and changes her mind, securing the plans and delivering them to Leia, maybe even being the catalyst that pushes Leia to embrace the Rebellion fully(?). This would follow the deceptive nature of parts of the Force Awakens trailers, where we saw Finn with the lightsaber, when in reality he wasn't force sensitive (that we know of, insert conspiracy theory here, etc), but the trailer implied that he was. I'm betting those shots of Jyn in the Imperial uniform come early in the film, or when she's being debriefed or something.
kinda related. official rebels season 3 trailer. also an EU character is becoming cannon. He is in the trailer. and looks like ezra will be the first disney grey jedi. dark and light.
Why does anything in that trailer say grey jedi? He's being seduced to the dark side, pretty much along the standard plot lines. Plus I'm not sure the Disney canon of Star Wars even HAS grey jedi.I'm not saying he won't, but I haven't seen anything to suggest that he will. Thrawn's cool, depends on how they do him in this version though.
In the movies I don't think they will ever do the grey and just keep it light vs dark, black/white but in the shows, books, games they could do they "not everything is light and dark there is a middleground."
