Arma 3 Server: mod suggestions

Oooooo the OHally's boats looks pretty cool too. Fast amphibious insertion!

 

I'm not 100% it's even required client-side. I had the .pbo's in the old TMR directory and it seemed to kill the call-outs for anyone connected. I'd like to test it again and get feedback to see if that's actually the case.

 

But... Then you will not be able to hear my lovely voice anymore

 

Can we have some Full Auto Shotguns please?

The AA-12 would be a cool addition as well.

 

errr ... i downloaded the Skjaldborg ModPack 5.0.7z file and installed Arma3sync but i have no idea how to install the modpack ...

Anyone?

 

Extract the files directly into your Arma3 folder.

In Arma3sync you then have to create a group, then drag all the mods from the left into that group. Hit the checkbox for the mod group then you can hit launch.

Also, in case anybody missed it the servers are now located under the "Gamespy" dropdown instead of the "Steam" dropdown on the server search menu.

just search for "Skja" under the server filter

 

Make sure you hit the button at the top to switch between Steam and Gamespy. I assume we are going to have to figure out how to use Steam as Gamespy is shutting down.

 

So I'm going to be annoyingly repetitive but I would REALLY like to see some shotguns.

I can give that a whirl! Autos would still be fun but the Benelli is more realistic. Plus I've got a 60s Benelli motorcycle so I guess it's destiny.

 

If we get a shotgun in the game, can we have someone in MCC spawn rabbits in the air and yell pull? Please?
